General Terms

• All applicable taxes are included in the tariff.
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of check-in.
• A maximum of 6 guests is allowed per flat.
• Up to 3 additional guests may be accommodated with an extra bed.
• Extra bed charge: ₹500 per person.
• Only 2 complimentary towels will be provided per flat.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof for each flat at the time of check-in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 90% refund for cancellations made at least one month in advance of the scheduled check-in date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 5 days of booking.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time.
