Yes. The project is registered with Tamil Nadu RERA under registration number TNRERA/11/BLG/0213/2026.

There are 85 homes in total: 50 two-bedroom apartments and 35 three-bedroom apartments. Call for the floor plans and the exact areas.
What stage is construction at?+
